Palomino Home Management is Kevin Williams' homegrown, small business created to serve homeowners, not living full time in Steamboat Springs, with the many needs of their mountain real estate. Kevin has been a customer service veteran since the 1980s providing reliable, local experience and quality service with attention to detail. He does business with a handshake so no contract required.
Palomino manages the cleaning, maintenance and home contractor projects for you and performs the home inspections for items needing attention including work scheduling meetings with and payments to tradesmen – plumbers, landscapers, interior decorators, pest control, snow removal etc.
Kevin will help with a variety of other requests as well; pet or house sitting, personal errands, grocery shopping and vehicle relocation.
